Police searching for missing, endangered Warren County man

UPDATE: Cyphers has been located safe, according to police.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – Hackettstown police are seeking the public’s assistance with locating a 68-year-old Hackettstown man.

Thomas F. Cyphers was last seen leaving Hackettstown Medical Center on Friday, December 16 between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. and was heading southbound on Willow Grove Street (County Route 604) towards Main Street, police said.

Cyphers is described as a white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 141 pounds, blue eyes, and gray hair. He was wearing blue jeans, brown boots, and green/black checkered shirt, police said.

Anyone that has any information that can assist in helping safely locate Cyphers, call 911 or the Hackettstown Police Department at 908-852-3300.
