Police seek driver involved in hit-and-run crash in Hackettstown

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – Hackettstown police say they are looking for the driver who allegedly hit a car and then fled the scene.

The crash happened on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2019 at around 3:31 p.m. at the intersection of Route 46 and Liberty St, police said.

Police said an unidentified person driving the white Honda Accord struck a vehicle and fled the scene. The vehicle then traveled north on liberty Street.

Anyone with information regarding this case is encouraged to call the Hackettstown Police Department at 908-852-3300 or send an anonymous tip by texting 888-777 and in the message part you must first type “TIP HACKPD” then type your tip.
