UPDATE: Police ID man wanted for questioning in attempted commercial burglary in Morris County

UPDATE: Mountain Lakes Borough police officers were successfully able to locate and identify the suspect. Charges are pending, police said. His identity was not released.

MOUNTAIN LAKES BOROUGH, NJ (Morris County) – Police said they are seeking to identify a man wanted for questioning in an attempted commercial burglary and criminal mischief/property damage caused to a commercial business in Mountain Lakes Borough.

Police on Wednesday released a surveillance image of the man, who was last seen wearing a “New York Yankees” t-shirt, red gym shorts and carrying a backpack.

The incident occurred at a business on Tuesday, August 9 at around 11:54 p.m., police said.
