Police: Woman going “in and out of consciousness” in vehicle arrested on heroin charge

BYRAM TOWNSHIP, NJ (Sussex County) – A woman was arrested after police find heroin in her vehicle Tuesday in Byram Township.

On April 26, police received a call about a female in a vehicle at Quick Check who was going in and out of consciousness, police said.

When the officers arrived, they spoke to Lauren M. Kwiatkowski and during the investigation, a quantity of suspected heroin was found in her vehicle, police said.

Kwiatkowski was arrested and charged with with possession of heroin. She was released pending a court appearance, police said.
