Popular Hackettstown restaurant goes mobile with new food truck

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – A popular Hackettstown restaurant has gone mobile.

Marley’s Wings and Things on Wheels food truck has been making appearances at events since its debut earlier this month in Asbury, NJ.

Marley’s Gotham Grill opened its doors 13 years ago at 169 Main Street in downtown Hackettstown.

“We had an idea to be the first restaurant in New Jersey to have the most wing flavors. Now in 2021, our dream has come true, called Marley’s Wings and Things on Wheels Food Truck,” chef and owner Bruno Pascale said.

The truck will offer 25 wing flavors, sandwiches, funnel cake fires and more.

“Our customers come from all over the Tri-State area and beyond to try our famous 250 flavors of wings. Since our wings have become so popular among wing fanatics, we decided to take our wings on the road,” Pascale said.

Their wings will be rolling throughout the state in different counties, accomplishing their goal to be the best wings in the country, Pascale said.
