Reach for the Stars with The Arc of Warren County at Hackettstown High School this Sunday

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – Would you like to spend your Sunday afternoon helping a great cause? Come join The Hackettstown High School’s Key Club as they hold their Annual Mini-Carnival to benefit The Arc of Warren County this Sunday, February 23, 2020, at Hackettstown High School from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The “Reach for the Stars” theme will be a blast that is out of this world for families with elementary-aged children. The House of the Good Shepherd will be sponsoring a bounce house and an inflatable slide. Come out and spin the WRNJ birthday wheel for a chance to win prizes, while listening to music, and much more! Feeling hungry? Don’t worry, the Kiwanis Club will be selling refreshments for lunch.

The Arc has been serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their family members since 1950.“This event proves to be a fun, inexpensive day for families while also supporting the individuals who receive services from the Agency,” John Whitehead, CEO of The Arc of Warren County said. Programs include residential community living arrangements, community-based support, advocacy services, recreation and summer camp, Special Olympics, training, early intervention and a wide variety of additional social services.
