
Rollover crash leads to DWI arrest
BYRAM TOWNSHIP, NJ (Sussex County) – A rollover crash leads to a DWI arrest in Byram Township on Thursday morning.
Conor L. Horan of Sparta was charge with DWI and failure to maintain lane.
The crash happened on May 30 at 12:28 a.m. on Andover-Mohawk Road in the area of Lee Hill Road, police said.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the driver, who was identified as Horan, and allegedly observed him to be exhibiting signs of intoxication, police said.
Horan performed field sobriety tests, which he allegedly failed. He was placed under arrest and transported to police headquarters where he was processed and administered breath tests, police said.
Horan was released to an adult pending a mandatory court appearance.
