Rotarians honor Hackettstown, Warren Hills football players (PHOTOS)
ALLAMUCHY TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – The annual luncheon to honor the most valuable players of the 94th Hackettstown-Warren Hills game on Nov. 2 was held Tuesday at Panther Valley Golf & Country Club.
Hackettstown’s most valuable players were Jason Kuehner and Zeb Burke.
Warren Hill’s most valuable players were Geir Nemeth and Brayden Philhower.
This tradition began in 1986 where the winner of the game keeps the beater board, which lists the history of each teams wins, at their school for the year.
This year the beater board went to Hackettstown, who defeated Warren Hills by a score of 48-21.
