State Police seeks public’s help identifying electric bike thief

ANDOVER BOROUGH, NJ (Sussex County) – The New Jersey State Police is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying a man who allegedly stole an electric bike in front of the Exxon gas station on State Highway 206 in Andover Borough.

On Thursday, August 8, at around 2:20 p.m., the man pictured was seen riding a bike south on Route 206. The man then allegedly left this bike behind and stole the victim’s RAD Rover electric bike before continuing south on Route 206, state police said.

The man was last seen wearing blue shorts and shirt, white shoes, and a red backpack, state police said.
