Storm brings down tree, causes power outage in Hackettstown (PHOTOS)

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – A strong storm moved through the area Wednesday night and brought down tree and power lines in Hackettstown.

Emergency crews in Hackettstown responded at around 7:30 a.m. to downed wires and a tree at East Valley View Avenue and Sixth Street. No injuries were reported.

Jersey Central Power and Light responded to the scene and is reporting 26 customers are still affected with an estimated restoration time of 9:00 a.m.
