Suspicious person investigation leads to drug arrest in Washington Borough

WASHINGTON BOROUGH, NJ (Warren County) – A Warren County woman is facing drug charges after a suspicious person investigation in Washington Borough.

On March 23, at around 12:32 a.m., officers checked a suspicious person inside of a vehicle in the 50 block of East Washington Avenue, police said.

Through a police investigation, a 32-year-old Washington woman, whose name was not released, was arrested for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

She was then lodged in the Warren County Correctional Facility, police said.
