Sussex County man accused of sexual contact arrested once again
FRANKLIN BOROUGH, NJ (Sussex County) – A Franklin Borough man who was charged last year for allegedly grabbing a woman’s buttock and inner thigh is now facing charges in another incident.
Andrew M. Stoll, 33, was charged on Monday with criminal sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
On Oct. 31, 2019, police received a report that a female juvenile had been the victim of unwanted sexual contact by a male while at a borough residence, police said.
Following the investigation, Stoll was arrested and charged. He was then lodged in the Sussex County Jail pending an appearance in Sussex County Superior Court, police said.
Stoll was charged back on Oct. 21 with criminal sexual contact after police say a woman reported on Oct. 18 an unwanted sexual contact within a borough residence. The woman reported she was at the residence visiting with family and friends. Prior to her leaving the residence, the woman reported that a man embraced her and while doing so he grabbed her buttocks and inner thigh, police said.
The woman reported that the touching was unwanted, police said.
Stoll was released on that charge pending a court appearance, police said.
