Sussex County reports 106 new COVID-19 cases; 1 additional death

SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ – Sussex County officials on Monday, September 13 are reporting 106 new COVID-19 cases and 1 additional death.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in Sussex County is at 15,926* and total deaths is at 316:

  • Andover Borough-62 and 0 deaths
  • Andover Township-825 and 128 deaths
  • Branchville Borough-74 and 0 deaths
  • Byram Township-921 and 8 deaths
  • Frankford Township-647 and 34 deaths
  • Franklin Borough-557 and 3 deaths
  • Fredon Township-326 and 5 deaths
  • Green Township-424 and 7 deaths
  • Hamburg Borough-403 and 6 deaths
  • Hampton Township-528 and 3 deaths
  • Hardyston Township-974 and 14 deaths
  • Hopatcong Borough-1,725 and 16 deaths
  • Lafayette Township-207 and 1 death
  • Montague Township-349 and 3 deaths
  • Newton-896 and 24 deaths 
  • Ogdensburg Borough-308 and 5 deaths
  • Sandyston Township-183 and 1 death
  • Sparta Township-2,151 and 19 deaths
  • Stanhope Borough-445 and 4 deaths
  • Stillwater Township-377 and 2 deaths
  • Sussex Borough-174 and 1 death
  • Vernon Township-2,284 and 22 deaths
  • Walpack Township-0 and 0 deaths
  • Wantage Township-1,086 and 10 deaths

*(Thirteen reported positive cases have been re-assigned out of County)

According to health officials, of the 15,926 cases 15,200 cases have been classified as recovered.
