Sussex County reports 218 new COVID-19 cases; no additional deaths

SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ – Sussex County officials on Friday, January 14 are reporting 218 new COVID-19 cases and no additional deaths.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in Sussex County is at 31,307 and total deaths is at 389:

  • Andover Borough-116 and 0 deaths
  • Andover Township-1,660 and 136 deaths
  • Branchville Borough-138 and 0 deaths
  • Byram Township-1,803 and 10 deaths
  • Frankford Township-1,175 and 40 deaths
  • Franklin Borough-1,210 and 11 deaths
  • Fredon Township-632 and 5 deaths
  • Green Township-835 and 9 deaths
  • Hamburg Borough-729 and 8 deaths
  • Hampton Township-1,101 and 5 deaths
  • Hardyston Township-1,764 and 18 deaths
  • Hopatcong Borough-3,244 and 25 deaths
  • Lafayette Township-482 and 1 death
  • Montague Township-736 and 3 deaths
  • Newton-1,952 and 32 deaths 
  • Ogdensburg Borough-526 and 7 deaths
  • Sandyston Township-369 and 3 deaths
  • Sparta Township-4,146 and 23 deaths
  • Stanhope Borough-807 and 5 deaths
  • Stillwater Township-767 and 4 deaths
  • Sussex Borough-400 and 2 death
  • Vernon Township-4,507 and 29 deaths
  • Walpack Township-3 and 0 deaths
  • Wantage Township-2,205 and 13 deaths

According to health officials, of the 31,307 cases 21,355 cases have been classified as recovered.
