Sussex County reports 344 new COVID-19 cases; 2 additional deaths

SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ – Sussex County officials on Monday, November 29 are reporting 344 new COVID-19 cases and 2 additional deaths.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in Sussex County is at 19,508* and total deaths is at 353:

  • Andover Borough-65 and 0 deaths
  • Andover Township-961 and 130 deaths
  • Branchville Borough-92 and 0 deaths
  • Byram Township-1,112 and 8 deaths
  • Frankford Township-780 and 37 deaths
  • Franklin Borough-757 and 7 deaths
  • Fredon Township-411 and 5 deaths
  • Green Township-525 and 9 deaths
  • Hamburg Borough-490 and 8 deaths
  • Hampton Township-668 and 4 deaths
  • Hardyston Township-1,153 and 16 deaths
  • Hopatcong Borough-2,044 and 20 deaths
  • Lafayette Township-303 and 1 death
  • Montague Township-474 and 3 deaths
  • Newton-1,155 and 31 deaths 
  • Ogdensburg Borough-355 and 6 deaths
  • Sandyston Township-236 and 3 deaths
  • Sparta Township-2,529 and 20 deaths
  • Stanhope Borough-496 and 5 deaths
  • Stillwater Township-454 and 3 deaths
  • Sussex Borough-241 and 1 death
  • Vernon Township-2,809 and 24 deaths
  • Walpack Township-3 and 0 deaths
  • Wantage Township-1,395 and 12 deaths

*(Two reported positive cases have been re-assigned out of County)

According to health officials, of the 19,508 cases 18,368 cases have been classified as recovered.
