Sussex County reports 44 new COVID-19 cases; no additional deaths
SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ – Sussex County officials on Friday, April 1 are reporting 44 new COVID-19 cases and no additional deaths.
The total number of COVID-19 cases in Sussex County is at 35,096 and total deaths is at 473:
- Andover Borough-123 and 0 deaths
- Andover Township-1,789 and 150 deaths
- Branchville Borough-155 and 0 deaths
- Byram Township-1,997 and 10 deaths
- Frankford Township-1,317 and 42 deaths
- Franklin Borough-1,331 and 17 deaths
- Fredon Township-694 and 6 deaths
- Green Township-960 and 12 deaths
- Hamburg Borough-819 and 9 deaths
- Hampton Township-1,231 and 8 deaths
- Hardyston Township-1,968 and 21 deaths
- Hopatcong Borough-3,577 and 33 deaths
- Lafayette Township-559 and 2 deaths
- Montague Township-830 and 7 deaths
- Newton-2,230 and 46 deaths
- Ogdensburg Borough-583 and 9 deaths

According to health officials, of the 35,096 cases 34,256 cases have been classified as recovered.
