Sussex County reports 76 new COVID-19 cases; no additional deaths

SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ – Sussex County officials on Wednesday, October 13 are reporting 76 new COVID-19 cases and no additional deaths.

The total number of COVID-19 cases in Sussex County is at 17,302* and total deaths is at 327:

  • Andover Borough-63 and 0 deaths
  • Andover Township-878 and 128 deaths
  • Branchville Borough-78 and 0 deaths
  • Byram Township-989 and 8 deaths
  • Frankford Township-696 and 34 deaths
  • Franklin Borough-629 and 3 deaths
  • Fredon Township-363 and 5 deaths
  • Green Township-462 and 8 deaths
  • Hamburg Borough-444 and 6 deaths
  • Hampton Township-592 and 3 deaths
  • Hardyston Township-1,041 and 15 deaths
  • Hopatcong Borough-1,833 and 18 deaths
  • Lafayette Township-248 and 1 death
  • Montague Township-404 and 3 deaths
  • Newton-993 and 25 deaths 
  • Ogdensburg Borough-337 and 6 deaths
  • Sandyston Township-196 and 2 deaths
  • Sparta Township-2,283 and 20 deaths
  • Stanhope Borough-460 and 5 deaths
  • Stillwater Township-405 and 2 deaths
  • Sussex Borough-205 and 1 death
  • Vernon Township-2,492 and 23 deaths
  • Walpack Township-2 and 0 deaths
  • Wantage Township-1,209 and 11 deaths

*(Two reported positive cases have been re-assigned out of County)

According to health officials, of the 17,302 cases 16,572 cases have been classified as recovered.
