Sussex County woman arrested twice in two months for harassing officer

FRANKLIN BOROUGH, NJ (Sussex County) – A Sussex County woman accused of harassing a police officer has been arrested for the second time in two months, police said.

On Fe. 14, 2019 officers responded to a dispute call and that’s when Jordanna Capiello, 26, of Hamburg allegedly bit officer Nicholas Della Fera. She was charged with aggravated assault on a police officer and resisting arrest, police said.
