Three adults and a juvenile facing charges in assault case in Sussex County

WANTAGE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Sussex County) – Three adults and a juvenile are facing charges in an assault case in Sussex County.

According to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sergeant Philip Curry, a victim responded to State Police Sussex Station on Monday, March 27 to report an assault that occurred in Wantage Township two days prior.

As a result of a preliminary police investigation, the following individuals were charged:

Anthony Disessa Sr. was charged with aggravated assault, possession of weapons for unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of weapon, criminal mischief, terroristic threats, and trespassing.

Anthony Disessa Jr. was charged conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, simple assault, and trespassing.

Nicholas Disessa was charged with aggravated assault, possession of weapons for unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of weapon, and trespassing.

A juvenile male was charged with aggravated assault, possession of weapons for unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of weapon, and trespassing.

Disessa Sr. was lodged in the Morris County Jail and the other three were released pending a court appearance, Curry said.

No further information was released.
