Two abandoned, abused dogs found in Mount Olive Township; authorities seek owner

MOUNT OLIVE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – Authorities are looking for the owner of two abused dogs that were found in Mount Olive Township.

Two Shih Tzu dogs which appeared to have been abused and neglected were found abandoned on Bartley Road near Flanders Park, located in the Flanders section of the township, sometime between November 17 and November 18, police said.
