Two women accused of shoplifting from Walmart in Mount Olive Twp.

MOUNT OLIVE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – Two Sussex County woman are accused of shoplifting several items from the Walmart in Mount Olive Township, police said.

On April 3, at around 10:50 p.m., police responded to the Walmart, located at 40 International Drive South, in Flanders for a reported shoplifting, police said.

During the course of the investigation, it was determined that Ms. Elaine Kowalick, 63, of Andover and Brittany Knabb, 35, of Franklin shoplifted several items from Walmart. It was also revealed that Kowalick had active warrants for her arrest, police said.

Kowalick was charged with shoplifting and contempt of court and was lodged at the Morris County Correctional Facility. Knabb was charged with shoplifting and conspiracy and was released pending a court appearance, police said.
