UPDATE: Missing 16-year-old mother and 2-month-old son have been located

UPDATE: A missing 16-year-old mother and her two-month-old son from Hackettstown have been located safe, police said.

No further information was released.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – The Hackettstown Police Department is searching for a missing 16-year-old girl who left with her two-month-old baby.

Police say Maria Martha Flores-Chavarria left her residence in Hackettstown at around 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, with Marvin Ociel Flores-Chavarria.

It is unknown what they were wearing when they left the residence. She should have a duffel bag and a black book bag filled with diapers and clothing.

Possible destination is the Dover and Morristown area, police said.

Maria is described as an Hispanic female, 5 feet tall, 153 pounds, black eyes, and black hair.

Marvin is described as an Hispanic male, 2 feet tall, 15 pounds, brown eyes, and black hair.
