WalletHub: New Jersey has the 4th lowest job resignation rate in the U.S.

NEW JERSEY – New Jersey has the 4th lowest job resignation rate in the U.S., according to a study done by WalletHub.

With Americans quitting their jobs at record rates during the so-called “Great Resignation,” even in the face of high inflation, WalletHub Friday released its updated report on 2022’s States With the Highest Job Resignation Rates.

WalletHub ranked the 50 states and the District of Columbia based on how frequently people are leaving their places of employment.

New Jersey Job Resignation Stats:

  • Resignation rate during the latest month: 2.60%
  • Resignation rate in the past 12 months: 2.28%
  • Overall rank: 4th lowest in the country
