Wanted man caught following complaint about services at Morris County hospital

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Pennsylvania man with an outstanding warrant was arrested following a complaint about services at St. Clare’s Hospital in Denville Township.

On Friday, Dec. 1, around 1:42 a.m., police responded to St Clare’s Hospital on a report of person who wished to speak with an officer about the services they were provided, police said.

Upon arrival, the officer met with the complainant and her companion, who was identified as Austin Heinly, 41, of New Tripoli, police said.

During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Heinly had an active National Crime Information Center (NCIC) warrant for his arrest out of the Northampton County Sheriff’s Office in Pennsylvania, police said.

Heinly was arrested and then transported to the Morris County Correctional Facility pending extradition to Pennsylvania, police said.
