Warren County commemorates National Corrections Officers and Employees Week

WARREN COUNTY, NJ – The Warren County Board of County Commissioners last week commemorated National Corrections Officers and Employees Week, recognizing the difficult and often dangerous assignments the men and women of our Corrections Center have of ensuring the custody, safety, and well-being of the inmates.

Commissioner James R. Kern III on Wednesday visited the Warren County Correctional Center before a shift change to thank a group of officers

“It is thanks to your hard work, bravery, and dedication that this facility can be run as well as it is. You all put your lives and health at risk daily to keep the citizens of Warren County safe and secure. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you on behalf of the Commissioners and the people of Warren County,” Kern said.
