Warren County man charged for urinating on side of road

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Warren County man was charged after police allegedly observed him urinating on the side of Route 31 earlier this month, police said.

On April 10, at around 2:28 a.m., a township officer observed a vehicle in the 200 block of Route 31 North in Washington Township on the shoulder of the highway with a passenger outside of the vehicle urinating, police said.

The officer’s investigation resulted in Brett Emery, 29, of Great Meadows being issued a summons at the scene for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance (urinating in public). He was then released pending a mandatory court appearance, police said.
