
Warren County woman arrested with 11 folds of heroin
FLEMINGTON BOROUGH, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A Warren County woman was arrested with 11 folds of suspected heroin last month in Flemington Borough, police said in a news release Friday.
On December 21, at around 4:45 p.m., police responded to the Shoppes at Flemington for a report of an intoxicated female trying to get into a vehicle. Officers made contact with the woman, identified as Krystal M. Parcell, 38, of Phillipsburg, who was acting erratically and unable to stand, police said.
Parcell admitted to ingesting narcotics and advised that there was more in her vehicle. Police searched her vehicle and found 11 folds of suspected heroin as well as drug paraphernalia, police said.
Parcell was arrested and charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and use/under influence of controlled dangerous substance. She was later released to a family member pending a court appearance, police said.
