Warren County woman charged with DWI, possession of crack cocaine

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Warren County woman was charged after police say she was driving under the influence and possessed crack cocaine.

Chrisanna Gagliano, 48, of Oxford Township was charged with possession of crack cocaine, DWI, controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, and throwing debris from a motor vehicle.

On July 27 at 12;24 a.m., a township officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 46 for a motor vehicle violation, police said.

While speaking with the driver, who was identified as Gagliano, the officer determined that she was allegedly operating her vehicle while intoxicated.

Gagliano was arrested and transported to Washington Township Police Headquarters.

A subsequent police investigation determined that Gagliano was under the influence of both alcohol and narcotics.

Gagliano was later released to a responsible adult pending a court appearance.
