WATCH: Police rescue deer from fence in Warren County

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Police officers came to the rescue of a deer that had its antlers stuck to a fence Tuesday morning.

On September 21, Washington Township Police were called for a deer in distress after getting its antlers stuck to a fence, police said.

Officer’s Overko, Wheeler and Peco carefully untangled the deer as it sprung up and galloped into the woods, police said.

“Great job WTPD,” the department said.
