Woman accused of driving wrong way on Route 22 in Hunterdon County charged with DWI

READINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A woman accused of driving the wrong way on Route 22 in Readington Township now faces DWI and related charges.

On Saturday, September 4, at around 12:25 a.m., an officer observed Jane M. Ostroff-Lin, 43, driving west on Route 22 in the east bound lanes. The officer stopped the vehicle on Route 523 near Central Avenue and observed Ostroff-Lin was driving while intoxicated, police said.

Ostroff-Lin failed field sobriety tests and was then arrested for driving while intoxicated, police said.

Ostroff-Lin was charged with driving while intoxicated, careless driving, driving the wrong way on one way street and refusal to submit to breath test, police said.
