Woman accused of shoplifting $4.00 worth of merchandise from QuickChek in Washington Twp, Warren County

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A 29-year-old woman was charged after she alelgeldy shoplifted $4 worth of merchandise from a Washington Township QuickChek.

On Nov. 12, at around 2:51 p.m., police responded to the QuickChek, located at 350 Route 57, or a reported shoplifting, police said.

Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was determined that Kayla Moyer of Washington had taken $4.00 of merchandise without paying, police said.

Moyer was arrested without incident and charged with shoplifting and issued a motor vehicle summons for driving while suspended. She was released pending a court appearance.
