Woman accused of shoplifting from Walmart in Mount Olive Twp.

MOUNT OLIVE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) –  A Morris County woman is accused of shoplifting from the Walmart in Mount Olive Township, police said.

On May 20, at 7:26 p.m., officers responded to Walmart, located at 40 International Drive South, in Flanders for the report of a shoplifter in custody, police said.

When an officer arrived, he went to the Loss Prevention Office where he made contact with the suspect, who was identified as Samantha Postas, 28, of Mount Arlington Borough, police said.

Loss Prevention advised police that Postas had concealed items including clothing and cosmetics, with a total value of $41.17, in her purse and attempted to leave the store without paying, police said.

Postas was arrested and charged with shoplifting. She was released pending a court appearance, police said.
