Woman airlifted after falling off horse in Warren County

FRELINGHUYSEN TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A woman was airlifted to the hospital after she fell off a horse Sunday, New Jersey State Police Sergeant Philip Curry said.

Shortly before 5:00 p.m., crews responded to a residence on Stillwater Road in Frelinghuysen Township for a woman who fell off of a horse and suffered a head injury.

She was airlifted to Morristown Medical Center for treatment and further evaluation, Curry said.
