Woman arrested on drug charges in Morris County

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Morris County woman is facing drug charges following an arrest Tuesday in Denville Township.

On Sept. 26, at around 2:34 p.m., police responded to Playa Bowls on Broadway for a report of a person who was possibly under the influence of drugs. Upon arrival, she was identified as Alexandra Campbell, 29, of Dover, police said.

After a brief investigation, it was determined that Campbell was allegedly under the influence of narcotics, was in possession of CDS paraphernalia, and was in possession of oxycodone hydrochloride pills without a prescription, police said.

Campbell was arrested and charged with under the influence of CDS, possession of CDS, and, possession of CDS paraphernalia. She was released pending a court appearance, police said.
