Woman charged with being under the influence of Dust-Off cleaner

MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – A Morris County woman was charged for allegedly being under the influence of Dust-Off in Mansfield Township.

On March 2, police responded to the area of Golds Gym on the report of a suspicious disoriented female who had entered the gym. The female then left and dropped a can in the parking lot, police said.

Officers located the female in the parking lot and she was identified as Jessica M. Hooker, 35, of Long Valley. Officers determined that she was under the influence of Dust-Off, police said.

Hooker was transported to the hospital for treatment. She was later issued summonses for disorderly conduct and being under the influence, police said.
