Woman charged with possessing fake temporary car registration

RANDOLPH TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Morris County woman were charged last month for allegedly possessing a fake temporary car registration in Randolph Township.

On July 16, following a motor vehicle stop, Katherine Vargas- Cardenas, 33, of Dover was charged with tampering with Public Information (for displaying a fraudulent temporary registration tag). She was also issued several summonses for motor vehicle violations, police said.

She was released pending a court appearance.
