Woman charged with stealing more than $800 in items from Byram CVS
BYRAM TOWNSHIP, NJ (Sussex County) – A New York woman was charged after she allegedly stole more than $800 worth of items from the Byram Township CVS.
On April 6, at around 7:10 p.m., township officers responded to a reported shoplifting inside the CVS, located at 77 Route 206, police said.
Officers were given a physical description of the suspect and made contact with her as she exited the store. After a brief investigation, Odessa McQune of Brooklyn was found to be in possession of $864.94 worth of stolen property from the CVS, police said.
McQune was arrested and charged with third-degree shoplifting, police said.
