
Woman driving below speed limit arrested for DUI on Route 22 in Hunterdon County
READINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ (Hunterdon County) – A Hunterdon County woman was arrested for being under the influence after allegedly driving below the posted speed limit Thursday night in Readington Township, police said.
On September 30, at around 12:09 a.m., an officer stopped Amber Wysocki, 34, of Flemington for driving below the posted speed limit on Route 22, police said.
As the officers approached the vehicle, police observed drug paraphernalia in plain view and Wysocki appeared to be under the influence. She failed the officers field sobriety tests and was then arrested, police said.
Wysocki was issued a summons for being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also issued a motor vehicle summons for DWI, Possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, and careless driving.
Wysocki was released pending a court appearance.
