Woman facing charges after found lying unconscious in McDonald’s drive-thru in Hackettstown

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (Warren County) – A Morris County woman is facing charges after she was allegedly found lying unconscious in the drive-thru lane of the Hackettstown McDonald’s and became vulgar towards first aid members, police said.

On Sunday, October 23, at around 8:47 p.m., police responded to McDonald’s, located at 202 Mountain Avenue, in reference to an unconscious female lying in the drive-thru lane, police said.

Upon arrival, officers located Megan Harvey, 35, of Pine Brook, sitting near the drive-thru lane and was intoxicated, police said.

Hackettstown First Aid and Rescue Squad arrived on scene and while trying to speak to Harvey, she became vulgar and started using profanity towards the first aid members, police said.

Harvey was charged with disorderly conduct and indecent language. She was released pending a court appearance, police said.
