Woman pleads guilty to theft in Sussex County

NEWTON, NJ (Sussex County) – A woman has entered a guilty plea to theft by unlawful taking, according to Sussex County Prosecutor Francis Koch.

Danielle Walker pled guilty to fourth-degree theft by unlawful taking before the Honorable Peter Conforti, J.S.C. at the Sussex County Virtual Courtroom in Newton on February 15, Koch said.

According to Koch, Walker admitted to being in possession of stolen property. She is scheduled to be sentenced on February 23 before the Honorable Robert M. Hanna, J.S.C., Koch said.

Walker was represented by Thomas Militano, Esq., and the State was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Brent M. Rafuse.
