$675 rain garden rebate offered to Budd Lake residents

BUDD LAKE, NJ (Morris County)Budd Lake residents can earn up to $675 in rebates and learn how to turn your yard into an oasis of native plants for improve water quality and pollinator conservation.

First, watch the recording of the Feb. 28 Rain Garden 101 information session. Learn how to install a rain garden on your property which helps to reduce the negative impacts of stormwater runoff while also providing habitat for native pollinators.

Presented by Dr. Christopher Obrotpa from the Rutgers Cooperative Extension and Stephen Elliott from the Pinelands Preservation Alliance in partnership with the American Littoral Society, the Association of NJ Environmental Commissions, New Jersey Highlands Coalition, the New Jersey League  of Conservation Voters, and South Jersey Land and Water Trust.
