Morris County Crime Stoppers offering reward for identity of theft suspects

MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – The Morris County Sheriff’s Office Warrants and Special Investigations Section is seeking the public’s assistance with identifying two suspects allegedly responsible for a theft, in which a cash box containing approximately $500 was taken from a vendor at the Garden State Comic Fest.

The theft occurred at Mennen Sports Arena, located in Morris Township, on June 25 between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m., authorities said.

The female suspect is described as Hispanic, in her 30s, wearing a white Calvin Klein tee shirt, black sweatpants, and a white hat.

The male suspect is described as Hispanic, in his late 30s, wearing a grey Aeropostale shirt, grey sweatpants, and a black hat.

Anyone with information is asked to contact The Morris County Sheriff’s CrimeStoppers at copcall.org, 973-COP-CALL or use the free “P3 Tips” app on any mobile device.

No one will ask your name and you could receive a reward up to $1,000.
