Two-lane eastbound travel scheduled at I-78 toll bridge Nov. 14-15

The I-78 Toll Bridge’s eastbound span is scheduled to be restricted to two open travel lanes (one of three lanes closed) 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14, and Wednesday, Nov. 15, according to the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission.

The New Jersey-bound travel restriction is needed to allow for drainage system and slope repairs in the vicinity of the bridge’s New Jersey abutment, the commission said.

“Travel impacts are expected to be minor. Motorists are advised to reduce speeds and exercise caution whenever traveling through active work areas,” the commission said.
