Woman accused of being in possession of cocaine, heroin, Suboxone at Saint Clare’s Denville Hospital

DENVILLE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Morris County) – A Morris County woman was arrested earlier this month after she was allegedly in possession of cocaine, heroin, and Suboxone at Saint Clare’s Denville Hospital, according to Denville Township police.

On May 17, at around 4:01 p.m., police responded to St. Claire’s Denville Hospital for a report of an individual who was found to have drugs and drug paraphernalia in their possession, police said.

After an investigation, it was determined that Alexandra Evans, 33, of Boonton was in possession of suspected cocaine, heroin, Suboxone, and drug paraphernalia. It was also discovered that she had an active East Orange Municipal Court traffic warrant for her arrest, police said.

Evans was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was then released pending court appearances in Morris County Superior Court and East Orange Municipal Court, police said.
