2 injured when dump truck, SUV crash along Route 46 in Warren County

WHITE TOWNSHIP, NJ (Warren County) – Two people were injured in a crash involving a dump truck and an SUV in Warren County Thursday afternoon, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Detective Jeffrey Lebron.

The crash happened at around 3:48 p.m. at the intersection of Route 46 and County Route 519 in White Township, Lebron said.

A preliminary police investigation revealed that the collision occurred between a Dodge Journey and Freightliner dump truck, Lebron said.

The driver and passenger of the Dodge suffered minor injuries and were transported to a local hospital. There were no other injuries reported, Lebron said.

The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.
