Mosquito spraying set for Monday night in three Warren County towns

WARREN COUNTY, NJ – The Warren County Mosquito Commission has announced that it will be spraying against mosquitoes Monday night, weather permitting, in parts of Phillipsburg, Alpha Borough, and Pohatcong Township.

The mosquito spraying will go on from 7:30 p.m. – 11:59 p.m. on September 11 with an alternate date of Tuesday, September 12, the commission said.

The following areas are scheduled to be treated:

  • Phillipsburg: Morris St., Filmore St., Stuhl Aly, Chambers St., Bennett St., Raymond St., Shafer Ave, Joseph St., Burwell Aly, Bullman St., Mitchell Aly, Summit Ave, Schultz Ave, Green Aly, Glen Ave, Hudson St., Pear Aly, Dugan Aly, Tybdall Ave., Harris St., Washington St., Front St., Shimer Aly, Brainard St., Reese Aly, Taylor Aly, Heckman St., Pear Aly, and Lock St.
  • Alpha Borough: Williams St., 5th Ave., Olive St., 7th Ave., 6th Ave., Warren St., Garfield ST., Orchard Aly, E.Central Ave., Flirt Aly, E.Vulcanite Ave, 4th Ave, and Cedar Aly.
  • Pohatcong Township: Liberty Boulevard, Liberty Ave, Parkside Ballfield, Lock St., Chestnut St., Hunt Ave, and Maple Ave.
