Sussex County Harvest, Honey & Garlic Festival returns Oct. 18 with food, crafts, and family fun

AUGUSTA, N.J. (Sussex County) — The 14th Annual Sussex County Harvest, Honey & Garlic Festival is set to return on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sussex County Fairgrounds, located at 37 Plains Road, Augusta.

The free, family-friendly event celebrates local agriculture and highlights the county’s farming community, beekeepers, and garlic growers. The Sussex County Beekeepers Association will feature educational displays, demonstrations, and a variety of honey products. Garlic lovers will find plenty to enjoy from the Garden State Garlic Growers, offering fresh garlic and garlic-inspired goods.

In addition to food and farm displays, the festival will include live music, local artisans, crafters, and food vendors, along with exhibits that showcase northern New Jersey’s open spaces and natural history.

Children can take part in free hayrides, pumpkin painting, and crafts throughout the day.

The event will be held rain or shine, and organizers remind attendees that pets are not permitted.
