Loretta Gragnani appointed to County College of Morris Board of Trustees
RANDOLPH TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — Loretta Gragnani has been appointed to the County College of Morris Board of Trustees by the Morris County Board of County Commissioners, college officials announced.
Gragnani joins a board led by Chair Paul R. Licitra, Vice Chair Lauren C. Inganamort, Treasurer Donna T. Pepe and Secretary George J. Milonas, Class of 1998. New officers were recently elected to serve through November 2026.
Continuing trustees include Dr. Nancy H. Gartenberg, Dr. Barbara L. Hadzima, Justin R. Lash, James B. Loveys, Hector H. Mislavsky and Alumni Trustee Landon Tanyeri, Class of 2025.
Gragnani is a former small business owner and longtime community volunteer with more than three decades of experience in business management and public service. She previously served on the Parsippany-Troy Hills Township Council from 2016 to 2023, including a term as council president, and currently serves as chairperson of the township’s Zoning Board of Adjustment.
As co-owner of Kitchens Baths Interiors in Lake Hiawatha, she also co-founded the Lake Hiawatha Business Association. Gragnani has held leadership roles with several local organizations, including Relay for Life, the Parsippany Republican Club, the Parsippany Day Care Center and St. Ann R.C. Church. She also has worked with the township’s Municipal Alliance in partnership with the Parsippany Police Department and Police Athletic League.
A recipient of the New Jersey State Volunteer Award, the Parsippany-Troy Hills Outstanding Achievement Award and the Italian American Woman of the Year Award, Gragnani is also an advocate for veterans as the spouse of a deceased U.S. Navy veteran.
Licitra, the board chair, serves as office administrator for Sen. Parker Space and Assembly members Mike Inganamort and Dawn Fantasia and is sergeant at arms for the New Jersey Senate. He previously served as mayor of Mount Olive and has more than 45 years of experience in insurance and risk management.
Inganamort, vice chair of the board, is director of the Educational Foundation of the Chesters and previously worked in global compliance management at Tiffany & Co. She holds engineering degrees from Dartmouth College.
Pepe, the board’s treasurer, is a marketing and public relations executive and founder of Communications Strategies, a pharmaceutical marketing agency. Milonas, the board secretary, is a corporate compliance and risk management professional and a graduate of CCM.
