Fire damages Morris County home

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — Firefighters responded to a residential structure fire early Monday morning on West Mill Road in Washington Township, according to emergency officials.

The fire was reported at approximately 6 a.m. at a residence with challenging access and a limited water supply, prompting a response from multiple agencies.

Fire crews and mutual aid responders assisted with fire suppression, ventilation and overhaul operations.

The cause of the fire was not immediately available. Information regarding injuries, if any, had not been released.
