
Route 10 westbound lane closure in Roxbury to begin July 7 for gas main work
ROXBURY TOWNSHIP, N.J. (Morris County) — Motorists traveling on Route 10 westbound in Roxbury should expect delays beginning Tuesday as a long-term lane closure is scheduled for priority gas main work.
According to the New Jersey Department of Transportation, the right lane of Route 10 westbound will be closed from just west of Sussex Turnpike (County Route 617) to just east of Eyland Avenue beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 7.
The closure is expected to remain in place until 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 21, weather permitting.
The left lane of Route 10 westbound will remain open during construction. Route 10 eastbound will not be affected.
Motorists are advised to slow down, use caution and expect delays while traveling through the work zone.
